Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification once your Cajun Butter has shipped.

Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, as available, to ensure freshness. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

At Tee’s Catering, we take pride in preparing every order to the highest standard. Tee’s Catering ensures all food is prepared, packaged, and delivered in compliance with food safety standards.

Returns & Exchanges

Food Safety: Due to the perishable nature of our butter sauces and for the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on food items.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@teescatering.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to provide a replacement or solution.

Once an order has been delivered or picked up, Tee’s Catering is no longer responsible for the food or its handling. The client assumes full responsibility for proper food safety, storage, reheating, and serving practices.
Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order has moved to the fulfillment stage, it cannot be cancelled.
